Finding our magic ... what does that even mean in practical terms?

• Magic happens when we are able to be fully present in the moment
• Magic happens when we fully experience our emotions.
• Magic happens when we allow allow our emotions to guide us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. 
• Magic is expanded when we own our stories and use them to explore our values, our belief systems and our way of seeing and interacting with the world. 
• Magic comes forth when we explore our passion, our purpose and our reason for being on the planet.
• Magic is found in those goose bumpy moments that connect us to something greater than ourselves and in those gentle nudges that lead us to the next step on our path.
• Magic is all about connecting authentically … to ourselves, to others and to something greater than ourselves. 
• Magic transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary and, if we let it, will guide us to our next right step.

That is what my life, my work and my blog is all about ... helping people find their magic and expanding my own, as we each strive to live our most inspired, empowered and purposeful life.
