Trish loves helping people find their magic!
Finding our magic ... what does that even mean in practical terms?
  • Magic happens when we are able to be fully present in the moment
  • Magic happens when we fully experience our emotions.
  • Magic happens when we allow allow our emotions to guide us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.
  • Magic is expanded when we own our stories and use them to explore our values, our belief systems and our way of seeing and interacting with the world.
  • Magic comes forth when we explore our passion, our purpose and our reason for being on the planet.
  • Magic is found in those goose bumpy moments that connect us to something greater than ourselves and in those gentle nudges that lead us to the next step on our path.
  • Magic is all about connecting authentically … to ourselves, to others and to something greater than ourselves.
  • Magic transforms the ordinary into the extraordinary and, if we let it, will guide us to our next right step.
That is what my life, my work and my blog is all about ... helping people find their magic and expanding my own, as we each strive to live our most inspired, empowered and purposeful life.

A Bit More about Trish

She is passionately committed to guiding people to let go of fear, overcome subconscious blocks and heed the intuitive whispers and heart’s wisdom along the path to self-discovery.

What lights Trisha up about her work is that it is fully aligned with the essence of who she is; an intuitive, compassionate and higher powered teacher challenging people to be the best they can be and inspiring them to create and pursue the life of their dreams.

What sets her apart from other teachers and coaches is her training and expertise in both the scientific and spiritual realm.

Professionally trained as a pharmacist with over twenty years of professional practice, teaching experience and science background, combined with years of experience and training in personal growth, transformation and spiritual development, Trish understands the brain and the heart and their impact on physical and emotional health how it's all connected to well being. She consistently engages her audiences, coaching clients and employees, inspiring them to explore their passion and discover their life purpose while taking 100% responsibility for their choices and outcomes. She teaches conscious, subconscious and heart-centered tools to reduce stress, raise self-esteem and empower and motivate her students and staff to develop goals, action steps and accountability plans that lead to success and fulfillment.

For many years, Trish has been mentored by Jack Canfield, star of the movie The Secret, expert in the Law of Attraction and beloved author of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series and the Success Principles: How to Get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be for adults and teens. Trish leads Jack's Assisting Teams for his Breakthrough to Success live training event and his elite, year long, Success Principles Train the Trainer live and virtual program. She is a Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer and incorporates these powerful principles and methodology into everything she does, including classes, workshops, coaching sessions and staff training as well as her retreat center business and her day to day personal life.

Trish is working with Jack, a select group of his certified trainers and a research institution to develop a Success Principles curriculum for high school students with the goal of validating it as an evidence-based program that will be implemented in schools across the US.

Trisha is a certified facilitator of the Cultural Transformational Tools by the Barrett Values Centre. This powerful set of tools is used to guide individuals, groups, organizations and leaders to create exciting personal and professional environments designed to promote growth, development, high performance, profitability along with heart centered leadership and a positive culture where everyone is pulling in the same direction.

Trisha is the owner of Ripple on Silver Lake, her dream property and a wonderful retreat center located in the beautiful Mount Washington Valley of NH. The barn, breakout rooms, outdoor spaces, mountain views, lake access and overnight guest rooms make Ripple on Silver Lake the perfect venue for small group retreats, workshops, classes, programs and events. In addition to Ripple being a wonderful venue for other people's retreats and events, Trish facilitates her own training and coaching programs and  mastermind groups. At the encouragement of several successful businessmen she has coached over the years, Trish has decided to launch One on One Deep Dive strategy sessions for successful business people who are looking to take one of the most difficult journeys in life; the journey from the head to the heart, helping them explore and create a legacy that goes well beyond financial success.

As a former health care professional, and in an effort to support her community and alleviate both housing and health care staffing shortages in the Mount Washington Valley, Trish has opened up a couple of her rooms at Ripple on Silver Lake to offer affordable housing to traveling health care professionals who come to serve in the area.

Trisha has mastered the intentional use of the Law of Attraction in her own life. She loves teaching and coaching her students, mentees and clients about how to combine the Law with planned and inspired action while working in partnership with the Universe to create the life of their dreams.

During her more than twenty years in the Mount Washington Valley, Trisha has served the community by coordinating an adolescent health clinic and community outreach education program working with local schools, parents, youth serving professionals and community groups around sexuality, teen pregnancy prevention, self esteem and success for over twenty years. She is the former Director of King Pine Ski and Snowboard School, where she was responsible for inspiring her staff to turn their passion for sliding on snow into creating fun experiences for their guests and athletes. Over her twenty years at the mountain, she created a culture where team members were committed to continuous, never ending improvement, professional growth, personal accountability, impeccable customer service and effective teamwork while coordinating staff training and development programs designed to deliver quality private and group lesson programs to resort guests and promoting seasonal staff retention.

Inspired by several years supporting her Mom and Dad through the aging process and through the end of life process, Trish is combining her decades of experience as a health care provider with her experience as a teacher, trainer and coach and is developing a program titled Supporting Your Aging Parents: An Essential Guide to Navigating Life's Final Chapters. which is set to launch in early 2023.
